Have questions or need to call us? Learn more about who to call with your Discover Pass questions.

We’re here to answer any questions or comments you may have about your Discover Pass. There are a few ways to contact us and it mostly depends on how you purchased the pass or where you’re using the pass.

Questions about tickets/citations

If you’ve received a ticket for not displaying a Discover Pass while parked on public lands, please contact the county court where the citation was issued. These are formal legal citations and we are unfortunately unable to assist with payments and questions.

If you received a “notice to pay,” this is not a ticket yet—but it will become a $99 parking ticket if not resolved. The same day you recieve a notice to pay, you MUST go to the park office and either show a Discover Pass or pay the $10 day-use fee. Visitors must either pay the $10 day-use fee or show proof of a valid Discover Pass.

Please note: the Information Center cannot accept payments for notices or tickets. Only the park can resolve notices, and only the county court can process ticket payments.

Questions about passes purchased from this website, when you renewed your vehicle registration, when you booked a state park reservation or from the state park online store

If you purchased your pass online from discoverpass.wa.gov, through the state parks reservation site or online store, or from the Department of Licensing when renewing your vehicle registration, you’ll need to contact the Discover Pass Fulfillment Center. Be ready to provide your full name, license plate number and physical mailing address. Customer service representatives are available between 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, Monday - Friday. Customer service is closed on weekends and federal holidays.

If you have questions about a pass you purchased by phone, from a license vendor, from an in-person retailer or from the online WILD website, you’ll contact the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.
